36 rue aux Juifs, 76000 Rouen · Centre-Ville, ROUEN, France
In Rouen, the Palais de Justice is a masterpiece of Gothic architecture - at the end of the pedestrian zone, a little to the north of the Gros Horloge.
Once the meeting-place of the Parlement of Normandie, it was built by Roulland Le Roux in 1508-1509, badly damaged in 1944 and subsequently restored.
